| Have you tried calling Microsoft? When they ask you for your Product ID #,
tell them you can't even start the game so you can't get it. Support will
then most likely ask you for your Product Key, usually found on the CD case
or box.
Seems like errors occur frequently on your machine. A total, clean reinstall
of Windows might help as well.
