Hey,
I tried to email the tech support of microsoft, but I needed the
product ID. To get this, I need to be able to use the disk, which is not a
problem.
Basicall, when I put the installation disk in my computer, everything
hangs up. I've tried starting from my computer to "add new hardware." I've
rid almost all other running processes and have done everything I can think
of. My computer exceeds all of the required expectations (including a dvd
drive). Specifically it is an ibm thinkpad t60. (I know it's not great for
gaming, but I figure it was worth some try).
