Very interesting, not so much the firmware issue, which, while esoteric,
is why they issue new ones, but on the existence of that cleanup
utility. I'd never heard of that before. That gets my attention and
hopefully a permanent memory. Thank you very much for reporting back on
your solution. Glad it's now working.
