Cannot download "real world weather"

| What's up?
Using MS FS2004, Windows XPSP2.
I first tried disabling my firewall although it has never presented a
problem before. Lavasoft firewall reports that fs9.exe was allowed access to
the internet for an HTTP connection with 207.68.189.96 (fs2k.zone.com) but
no bytes were sent or recieved. I pinged the above IP and the connection
timed out with all packets lost.
