helicopter USB simulation hardware

| Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find (affordable) helicopter USB simulation
hardware for games such as Microsoft Flight Sim 2004?
I guess the main components would be:
1. Cyclic (yoke) (I could use my joystick for this)
2. Collective & throttle lever (pref both rather than just collective)
3. Foot pedels
They don't need to be connected on a frame
Here's an expensive example of what I'm after (very cool though):
www.simcontrol.co.uk/newheli.htm (for 2,000 punds!)
Another example:
http://www.aviationsimulation.co.uk/bundles.htm
I'd like to find something under $1,000.
Thanks!
