| Does anyone know of any problems with Sims 2 running after installing the
Windows XP home edition upgrade? I went from Win 98SE to XP and now my game
won't play.

| Did that. Even tried downloading new drivers, direct x and some other stuff.
I worked with 98 but now won't work with XP. I have the same system as before
just different version of Windows.

| OK, so you installed winxp to get rid of win98, if this is coreect ,the next
thing i would do is to so a complete un-install of Sims2 , and then
re-install Sims2 with winxp.
keep us posted.
