Hi, I am a veteran of FS9 but now I am having a problem which surpasses my
capabilities.

As soon as the planes take off the PC crashes and reboots on its own. I then
get the message recovering from a problem and the following error:

BCCode : 19 BCP1 : 00000020 BCP2 : 84E78000 BCP3 : 84E78138
BCP4 : 0A270000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

I have no idea what it means and I have sent the message as requested by the
error message.

I have reinstalled the game but keeps crashing

Pls any ideas or help would be much appreciated

Thnks

Diego

Best place to start is list what you've recently added/modified on your
system -- hardware & software. 99% of the time people having problems don't
report what they recently changed in their system.

You'll need to be more clear by what you mean by reboots?? I'm guessing the
system actually does a hard reset and you come to a blue screen with the
error message you listed? Or does it just go directly to the error message?
More info please.

If you have not changed anything in your system then it could be failing
hardware -- things to check on a hardware level:
1. Are all your fans in your PC still working
2. Do you have dust bunnies in your PC (when is the last time you clean it
out with compressed air)
3. Memory module going bad (run MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/) --
check memory timing and voltage specs
4. Overclocking -- this caused me some issues only with FS9.1 -- turning
clock speed back to standard solved it.
5. PowerSupply is failing (can't maintain enough stable voltage to run the
FS9.1) -- did you add any components recently (including USB)?

Rob

thks for the suggestion. My comments:
problema started after installing patch 9.1. I then went back to 9.0 with a
full new reinstalation and problema persists.

1 fans ok
2 cleaned PC about 3 weeks ago
3 memtest 86 reports modules ok. I onced had a bad module and got similar
problems. Guess this is not the case this time....
4 no overclocking
5 Need to check voltage power

as far as new hard/software as stated above only patch for 9.1 + active
camera for 9.1 was the change to my system. Both removed and 9.0 from scratch
again with no add ons but problem continues

the blue screen reports the following
BAD_POOL_HEADER
INFO: 0X00000019 (0X00000020, 0X85689000, 0X85689138, 0X0A270000)

any other suggestions?

thks a million

You've ruled out a problem with 9.1 patch since you still have the problem
with 9.0 CLEEN install -- so it is either hardware related or driver
related.

Run a checkdsk (full one that requires a reboot and scans before WinXP
starts) and then a defrag. If you're 100% sure you have not changed
anything else in your system (no windows updates, no other software driver
updates, no added/removed hardware), then it is most likely failing
hardware -- do you have any other system problems not related to FS9 ?

Sorry folks, I need help in just trying to post a question re simulation games.
Sorry to pick on you.
Does Msn Combat FS work on Windows XP, because I always crash with "ialmrn5
driver quit during normal operations. Do I need to load DirectX(which I have
been unable to do) ? Could someone forward this on to an experienced gamer?
thanks

I'm having the exact same problem with FS 2004 here, except for me it comes
with a brand new freshly built PC.
Drivers and everything are fully up to date, even tried previous versions.
With a clean install of FS 2004.

The main problem for me I think is the fact that I am running 2 Nvidia
6600GT in SLI mode. I've tried turning off the SLI mode to no success. I've
tried everything (including suggestions in this topic) short of removing the
2nd card from the PC and configuring my motherboard back to single GPU. A
task I do not want to bother with because I use my SLI happily with every
other task and game I use my pc for, even other flight simulators run fine
just not FS 2004.
As far as I'm aware I get the blue error screen with the error code reported
here, but my system is just too fast to read any of it.
