Author error 1722 and can't run KB928080 software

i installed flight simulator x game and got error 1722 and then i was trying
to follow up your support website and download KB928080 software to resolve
the problem...but the problem is..the KB928080 software cannot be run and
show this message- (The procedure entry point decode pointer could not be
locates in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll) ....help me A.S.A.P
