Online activation doesn't work.

I pick phone activation, it crashes the program saying I have to reinstall.

I search the web, and find a number for support. It's closed.

I try email support... crashes installing an active x control.

Get stuck in an endless loop.

Have to try email support again from another computer. Get to the point
where I enter the product ID. Can't find it None of the instructions on how
to find it work.

Store won't take it back, as I already installed it. I can just exchange
it, like that would help.

Anyone have ANY ideas on how I can either get this to work, or get my money
back?
