I recently installed airport scenery for KBOS (Boston Logan v2 by George
Grimshaw) and since then, I have found that every few seconds, whatever
aircraft I am using wants to turn right when taxiing, irrespective of any
control inputs I may be applying! This happens at all airports and since all
was well before installing the new scenery, I can only assume that something
in that process has caused the upset, but I don't see how?!

I am using a Saitek X52 system and as far as I can tell, the calibration is
just fine. The aircraft don't try and do anything funny in the air, it's
only when taxiing.
Any thoughts please?

You do not say which planes you are using . . . single engine or multi
engine. The first thing I would suggest checking is the throttle quadrant,
if you are using a multi engine plane. Bring up the throttle quadrant
window so you can see the throttle levers. Slowly advance the throttles and
watch to see if both of them move or only one. If only one moves you will
need to lock the levers together by pressing E1,2 in rapid succession. Let
us know the results of that procedure or let us know what you have done to
this point. The Scenery should cause no such effect as you are describing.
I, too, have that Boston scenery I believe, but no pulling to the right
while taxiing as you describe.

Should have clarified...

It's NOT the engines (does it on multis and singles, jets and props)). Going
to spot view shows that the nose wheel turns through 90deg without any
rudder input.

As I said, I can't see why the scenery would cause such a problem (it's very
impressive BTW), but that is the only thing as far as I can tell that has
changed prior to these glitches occurring.

I'll keep looking...

Next suggestion would be to test for weather causes. Set the wind to zero
and try that. Hopefully others, who have experienced and solved a similar
problem will post suggestions as well. I know you stated . . . 'the
calibration is fine', but do you have another stick you could try in order
to see if the new X52 is causing the problem or a friend with FS2002 or
FS2004 that could test your X52 on his or her computer? Newest drivers for
the X52? Just throwing stuff out here!
