I'm the newly appointed Vice President of United Virtual Airways. We
are quite a new offline virtual airline. We are just establishing
ourselves at the moment, and a few more staff members are needed, as
well as plenty of pilots. Check it out:
www.unitedvirtualairways.bravehost.com.
This is a great way to build up flight hours and then transfer to
another VA (maybe one that also flies with VATSIM).

I must say, I am either going blind or the black type on that particular
color (blue) background is a challenge to read.

You just gotta wonder WHY? Have they tried all the others and find them
lacking in some respect? I found one, Livewire, and have stuck with it for
well over a year now. Go Figure.

Well, I belong to 2 VA's. One is a fictional based with lots of routes and
planes. The other is a real airline based and its a very busy and active
airline. I think people are tired of some of the basic VA stuff and are
trying to find something different.

The real based VA has been getting transfers from other VA's and I find that
very interesting. Fly online you get a bonus hours, photo contest of the
month more hours, a monthly extra tour after you fly your assigned flights.
More bonus hours. Lots of planes and we get a new plane texture/and or
plane to play with every so often.

Its a great airline, and you have a chose to file your Pireps. I like to
use FSACARS but some people are afraid and file them manually.
