If you have the space, horsepower, and cash, you can add telemetry to your
model in the 900MHz band! Up to twenty functions you can monitor from the
ground (I've always thought you'd need a co-pilot to watch the data, since
you can get in BIG trouble fast taking your eyes off the airplane).
However, 99.999% of us rely on experience (as in trial & ERROR |-/), and a
good ground visual.
Oh yeah, the elite can have auto levelers, too! Get it trouble, flip a
switch, and HOPE it regains itself in time..
