| Coming in the land. I now have double call outs by the co-pilot. About half
a second apart! Bloody annoying! Any ideas?

| Your co-pilot needs more sleep, Crash Lander....like I did.
Seriously, don't know why you would be getting that.

| I, too, find I have this occur on a couple of planes. I don't mind it too
much. I don't mind it too much.
I can't recall, but does FSPassengers' FO give call outs? That would be my
first thought. Part of the airplane config and partly FSPassengers.

| Hi Jeff,
The acromion process is at the lateral end of the spine of the scapula,
and it's where one end of the clavicle articulates (the other end joins with
the sternum.....).
By the way, any spare clavicle one finds lying around is just about the
right size for giving cheeky Kiwis a whack under the lug with, mate! :-)))
Every good aviator should know that!
Regards,
John Ward

| I had a similar problem and it was connected to Editvoicepack. As you know,
Microsoft's .NET framework is required to run EditVP and I had version 1.1.
Then a Microsoft update was offered to me by the MS site and I assumed that
it would merely overwrite 1.1 to update. But it didn't it installed a
totally separate version 2 and then I got ATC double speak. I can't remember
if I got double call-out voices but they're not linked to Editvoicepack
anyway. Deleting version 2 of .NET framework put things back to normal. This
is probably of no use whatsoever to you but I tell the story just in case!
The only other thing that I can think of is have you somehow got two sets
of call-out sound files with the same names or two sound sets with
different sound.cfg files connected to that aircraft that are working
together? Otherwise it's as Jes says - you're hearing double! :0))
