| Basically, I would suggest set it to whatever suits you / works best. It
dosen't have to be set the same as your desktop. Generally speaking higher
is better (if your hardware can handle it). If it is an lcd monitor you are
using then the will usually be an 'optimum' resoloution, which is usually
the monitors highest resoloution, for crt it can be anything.
