Speed up panning using hat switch?

| Hi there.
How do i speed up the panning rate when using the hat switch on my
Microsoft Precision Pro joystick.
Anybody know if its possible?

| Edit the PAN RATE figure in FS9.cfg. Default is 400 I changed it to 700
before buying the great Active Camera instead.

| If searching you need to select 'Display System or Hidden Files' or
something like that. It can be found manually at C:\documents and
settings\YOUR LOGON NAME\application data\microsoft\FS9. Make a backup
before editing anything. CFG file can be opened in Wordpad.
