| I have changed my key commands to scroll rather than jump to fixed
settings. That way you can use the SHFT-Num 8 to gently scroll or pan
up.
Go to: Options - Controls-Assignments
change the 'Look' assignments to 'Look (pan)'
Example: remove SHFT+Num 8 from 'Look Up' and add it to 'Look Up
(pan)'. Same with Look Right, etc, etc, ...
Hint: These settings will be saved in fs9.cfg, in the KEYBOARD_MAIN
subsection. I'd recommend you make backup copies of the whole fs9.cfg
file. Then you can just copy changed settings everytime you need to
reinstall or even upgrade the FS . This would eliminate you having to
go thru the above process every time ;-) I did that when I migrated
from FS2000 to FS9.
Oh - fs9.cfg is in the foll. folder in Windows XP :
Documents and Settings-(users name)-Application Data-Microsoft-FS9
