| Does anybody know if there is a value at one of the config files that
I can change, so that when I touchdown with an angle of 11degrees that
all eight bogies are touching the ground (and not just the rearmost
four)?

Haven't the foggiest idea - but, unless you're operating in the twilight
zone, your clock needs reset..
