Indeed, I think there can be several perfectly legitimate uses for a
service like this, as most email hosting services do severely limit
the size of files users can exchange via email attachments.
Another thing to consider is privacy, and though the service does seem
to offer their own version of "secure transfer", I might recommend
using strong public key encryption for sending personally produced
copyrighted material. An encryption program like PGP can be good for
encrypting files like this for greater security/privacy.
