Getting back to the topic of Sim.. here's a related weekend project.
Besides.. you can get away from the PC for a few hours and also
enjoy a bit of sawdust in the shop.

To raise that big 21" screen to eye level.. measure distance from
floor to corner of your eye while seated. Then measure table height..
and distance from monitor base to `glass center'.

The advantage, aside for having screen directly in front, is that now
a HANGER is formed beneath!! Good to store CD's and diskettes,
even keys.. etc. At least a partial back panel is recommended for
strength.. perhaps half way down from deck level.. but leave some
clearance for wires and cables to pass.


Now for another pic. Before FSNav.. kept a stack of cards with
terminal info handy.

1.5 - 2.0 cm laminated particle board can be used.. buy there's
something about cabinet ply!!
