| Dallas, I ordered the Flight1 C172 as you suggested and received it today.
It sure does fly different than the default! But it seems to be a little
over sensitive to the yoke controls. I need to do some adjusting, I think.
Well, back to the clear blue skies of San Antonio, TX.
Thanks again for the suggestion.

Ain't she nice..
Yeah, you could work the .air file and make the control surfaces less
effective. Or if you have the analog gameport and CH 8 drivers go to the
"Axis Settings" take one or two clicks on the "Gain" down arrows. That
works great.

| Yep!, that's a nice airplane.
I have the USB CH 3.5 driver (I'll check for an update), but as you
suggested, I just went into the config panel and adjusted the GAIN. That is
much better. Thanks again.
I tried my hand at the tutorial flight...we won't discuss the results of
that flight :-(, but one thing that bothered me is the fact that if you take
"too long" in responding, the tutorial thinks you have been distracted and
it shuts down. Now that may be OK if your flying and learning how to respond
quickly but when you learning how the panels work and what is on what panel,
THAT can be distracting.
