Why is your 'disclaimer' so much longer than your message?

It's my sig for when I send emails. I sent an email to a "supervisor"
involved in my business once and the person distributed it to 2 other people
and she wasn't supposed to as it contained confidential info regarding my
business and the 2 people she sent the email to.
I paid a lawyer $200 to write up that signature. Since then, I was accused
of being selfish by my supervisor and not a team player. I told her to F***
Off and to never betray my trust again.
a month later, she was fired from her job.

Sadly, stuff like that happens all too often. So I understand why you
want to protect yourself.

I just wondered why you felt the need to use it in this ng, though.
After all, this is hardly a place to discuss confidential matters.

Maybe you though of us all as 'bad boys', out to get you!

Don't know. Just couldn't be bothered sometimes to delete it before
posting.

*will*?... (in the US) That means that you must persue every occurance with
legal action or you will loose the right to sue anyone.

Perhaps the word "might" would be a better choice?

Legal Opinion - No charge. :-)

$200 bucks for 54 words? That $3.70 a word.

I'd be happy to do your next one at half that price. :-)

Have to imply that action will be take. I probably will do it anyway as my
lawyer said the defendant, if proven guilty, will have to pay all legal
costs as well.
I think
