| There is a new freeware program now being offered on AVSIM.com by Gunnar
Dähling which seems to have most of the characteristics of Active Camera.
The file is
fscamera-156444.zip
I cannot say any more about it as I have not tried it yet.

| I tried to install it and it screamed stuff back at me in German and stopped

hmmmmm maybe I should have kept my trap shut - still you never know, it
could turn out to be the best thing since Dell laptops. The thing is, I
could never get on with Active Camera :-(

| Yes I read it and used the fssearch exe...and cant get it to install. I
checked the module folder to be sure and nothing was there as per the readme
and .ini lst.
And Quilljar please dont keep your trap shut...we need tips when new stuff
is out...I even missed it at avsim so it was good you posted it. :-)

Any way enough beer and back to fscamera ;-)
I managed to get this installed ok, you need to navigate to the fs9/modules
folder and hit the install button top left. It is much more basic than
active camera ( as you might have expected ) - it only improves tower view -
ie no mouse around in spot view
