Autocoord Switch gauge for FS2k4?
|

| Hello!
I am looking for a autocoord switch gauge to implement in an airliner panel.
I have one for FS 2k2 but this gauge does not work in 2k4.
Is anybody out there who can give me a link or a filename for such a gauge?
Thank's in advance
Norbert

| Gotta ask.... What is an "autocoord" switch gauge?

| Hi!
Simply a Gauge wich implements a switching facility (knob or throw switch)
in a panel.
Funktion: You can switch Autocoordination (rudder and aileron) on and off.
You can do the same in the pull-down menue under Aircraft properties (i hope
these are the exact english labels for the menue). But it sure will be īmore
realistic to do this in the panel than in a pull-down menue.

Norbert,
I think the function to which you are referring is called the "Yaw Damper"
It's a function incorporated into some FS planes, but I'll leave it to the
panel design experts as to how you can use it as an add in.

| Hi Jay!
Not the Yaw damper. Autocoorination is the funktion which links the movement
of the rudder (nose left / right) and the ailerons (banking). So you can fly
the aircraft in coordinated turns (no slip) without using pedals. That's the
way you fly modern aircraft en route. On the other Hand you need rudder and
aileron control unlinked if you try to land in crosswind conditions.
Hope this helps to explain what I'm looking for.
Greetings
Norbert
