Hi,

First time poster here, so sorry if this has been mentioned before.
Have any of you ever experienced a problem in FS2004 where for all of a
sudden the screen goes black and the sound craps out totally. The only
way to reset this is to restart your machine (via the power switch) as
CTRL+ALT+DEL and ALT+TAB and other key combos do nothing?

Running WindowsXP, Radeon 9700 (Catalyst 4.12 drivers), Audigy2 ZS
soundcard, 512mb RAM.

Any info/tips appreciated.

Ta,

jj

There's quite a few things that can cause this.
See: http://www.fskb.net/Wiki.jsp?page=TipsAndTricks

http://www.microsoft.com/games/flig...tor/default.asp Look under support.
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=flightsim2004faq

http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/3968.html ATI infinite loop info.
